Beenie Man To Drop Video Medley


Fans can get ready for more lighthearted fun from dancehall artiste, Beenie Man, when he drops the medley video for his tracks Out & Clean and Nuh Stress Me Out this weekend.

Beenie Man who has also inked a deal with telecommunications leaders, LIME, to be one of the faces of the giant network, is known for his consistency in the industry and ability to raise the fun-meter wherever he goes. As such, this video will be no different.

The video which was directed by Janelle Dyer will no doubt leave fans dancing along with the 'King of the Dancehall'. The Out & Clean and Nuh Stress Me Out medley video is expected to make its premiere on TVJ's "ER" tonight at 9 p.m.

Western Fest Will Be A Blast

The promoters of the upcoming Western Fest, which will take place at the beautiful Rhodes Hall Plantation in Orange Bay, Hanover, have already come out to assure patrons that the event, slated for Saturday November 27th, will be an experience that they will never forget.

Co-organizer of Western Fest, Basil Bennett, of Hard Rock Promotions, has indicated that the day and night event will be a top quality production, which will leave patrons wanting for more at the end.

Western Fest will feature several popular acts such as I Octane, Richie Spice, Taurus Riley, Queen Ifrica, Etana, Aidonia and Voicemail along with several promising upcoming artistes including Timmi Burrell, BJ American Idol, Imani, Mr. Groove and Lighta Secret.

Although this will be the first staging of the event Bennett believes that it will be a big success, especially because of the quality lineup of artistes that he and his team have chosen.

“The lineup that we have put together for Western Fest is very good and our production will be of the highest standards. We also have a very nice venue it’s a great location for partying, patrons who come out for Western Fest are going to have a blast,” he said.

Western Fest will begin at ten in the morning and will feature a host of activities that will see patrons vying to win prizes such as Black Berry phones among other items. The musical juggling will be handled by the popular HYPE Zone sound-system. Backing bands for Western Fest are Black Soil, Gumption, Hype Zone and Ninja Force Band.

Bennett also stated that Hard Rock Promotions plans to stage this event on an annual basis therefore he and his team are doing all the necessary things to make it a success.

“Western Fest is going to be an annual show and we are doing everything to ensure that we start off with a bang. The plan is to make it bigger and better each time around said Bennett.

For the show patrons will pay $1000 for pre sold tickets, $1200 at the gate and $1500 for VIP access. Tickets can be bought at the following outlets Elpaso Records in Montego Bay, Texaco Gas Station in Lucea, Shoppers Choice Super Market in Green Island and World of Sports in Negril and Sav-La-Mar.

KipRich Shoots Video For 'Cyaan Get Brown'


Kingston, Jamaica -- KipRich, the undisputed king of 'nuh behaviour' is at it again. This time with his latest track, Cyaan Get Brown (Cake Soap), produced by Birch-Hill Records, for which a video is being filmed this weekend.

The video which will be directed by Terminal 4 and shot Downtown, Kingston and Waterhouse, St. Andrew, will be something fans can expect to be humorous says KipRich.

"They should know how I am already. If something is on my mind I will put it in a track and sometimes it comes off humorous, but at the same time people know I always talk about real issues affecting real people.

KipRich has always been someone to just say di things as plain as day; remember a me say 'nuh behaviour' unuh, so this song and video addressing bleaching, muchless wid cake soap, are no different," says KipRich, whose correct name is Marlon Plunkett.

KipRich is known for his previous tracks, Telephone Ting, The Letter, Baby Mama Drama, Mad Inna Di Club and more.
