New Music From DJ Sunshine!!!‏

"In life you may find opposition towards you achieving your goals. Looking within for strength is what allows us to become CONQUERORS" DJ Sunshine, on her new single "Conqueror"

While most of the eastern hemisphere battles a cold winter, Sunshine is heating hers up! With her hit single, "I Doh Care Anymore" still gaining popularity internationally, Sunshine prepares to release two brand new singles, "Conqueror" and "Party Tun Up".

Showcasing her diversity, "Conqueror" produced by Notice Productions, as the statement above implies, is a positive reinforcement to the everyday nuances in life. The mellow track with her distinct melodies, is a subtle body rocker. On the flip side, "Party Tun Up", produced by Stashment Productions, is "one of those feel good - let your hair down and party, type of tunes. Pop some bottles, TUN UP the vibes and PARTYYYYYYYY" states DJ Sunshine.

Excited by the vibe of "Party Tun Up", Sunshine recently wrapped up filming on the video, which is expected to be released in the next few weeks. With two solid songs on hand as the year starts, DJ Sunshine is ready to rise and spread her musical rays from near to far.

Cherine's "Make Up Sex" Video To Premiere This Week‏

(Kingston, Jamaica - February 13, 2011) The Queen of Dancehall Soul, Cherine is set to premiere a hot and exciting music video for her latest single "Make up Sex". The video was directed by Kevin Lee of Broadvision and was shot in Port Royal, Jamaica.
The video is set to premiere on local TV on Friday, February 19th, 2011 followed by a worldwide premiere on her soon-to-be-launched website www.cherineanderson.com .

The video features a dance routine choreographed by popular dancer and TV Personality Tippa. It also showcases the natural street styles and creativity of some of Kingston's best female dancers. Cherine collaborates with Jamaican jeweler Duane Bennett and turns up the fashion meter with a few body-hugging and eye catching outfits. She was also adorned with unique custom-made jewelry by Reve Accessories.

"Make up Sex" is a high energy video that showcases Cherine's versatility as a performer and songwriter. It captures the scenic beauty of the venues and highlights the vibrancy and spirit of young women in Jamaica who will undoubtedly use this an anthem. The video's high intensity and appeal is credited to Cherine's strong performance, a steamy love scene and the overall direction and editing of the video.

The single "Make up Sex" is produced by Ward 21 and is a thought provoking, feel good song. Cherine skillfully plays with words in "Make up Sex" to depict real life situations faced by many couples. The "Make up Sex" singer is no stranger to belting out sexy lyrics without being raunchy, as were her hits "Good Love" and "Coming Over" done in collaboration with the high energy chart topping Chuck Fenda. "Make up Sex," the single, released a month ago is already receiving regular rotation on local and international airwaves and is already creating a buzz.

"I had so much fun shooting this video and I can't wait for my fans to see it! It's definitely one to look out for," Cherine said of her soon to be released video.

Cherine's single "Make up Sex" is in high gear for success and is also now available for purchase on iTunes. Cherine has been busy performing, writing and recording. Look out for much more from Cherine in 2011.

Aidonia Earns Double Encore And Prepares For Europe

Two-times Youth View Awards (YVA’s) nominee Aidonia currently riding high with a string of hits on Saturday night earned a double encore for his performance at the official launch of the newly opened Club Ville at Margaritaville, Montego Bay.

The deejay, the headliner and closing act for the event hit the stage in the wee hours of Sunday morning accompanied by protégés Deablo and Navino to a rousing response and wasted no time in delving into an intense set riddled with older material before making a premature exit.

The musically starved capacity crowd would have none of it and summoned the J.O.P head honcho back to the stage where he received two additional encores as he journeyed through his growing catalogue. Deablo and Navino also earned forwards for the hard hitting number titled Left Dem White.

Aidonia whose correct name is Sheldon Lawrence said he was very pleased with the out-pouring of support from the fans while adding that they can look out for great things in the coming weeks from the J.O.P camp.

“Yuh see dat, how the people dem forward fi see the dancehall bad people, just look out fi some mad thing from the camp this year.”

Delivering a similar performance at the grand opening of the LIME sponsored All-Island Carnival in New Kingston last week; Aidonia and the J.O.P camp are now making preparation for an appearance in Ocho Rios alongside Bounty Killer and newcomer Khago before jetting off to Europe, Canada and the Caribbean next month.
