An artist- in the truest sense of the word, Derwin Vallie embodies creativity and passion- two of the intrinsic fibres of the creative soul. Having traveled the world with some of the biggest names in Trinidad and Tobago's high-powered soca industry, such as Machel Montano, Denise 'Saucy Wow' Belfon, Destra Garcia, Bunji Garlin and Alison Hinds, over the years.

Derwin has functioned in the capacity of composer, musician, musical director and producer. Upon his debut as a solo artist, Derwin has cleverly fused his Caribbean musical flavor with several dynamics from other mainstream musical genres, creating his own niche he calls 'Caribbean Pop.'

As with all great works of art, Derwin's music is reflective of the human experience. His debut single "Deep" showcases his perception of the appreciation felt by a man, for a woman who has committed herself to motivating and inspiring her partner to realize his fullest potential.
