21st Hapilos Digital Signs Exclusive Contract

So it was a natural development that Producer Don Corleon who has worldwide recognition, a man who defines dancehall since debuting with the Mad Ants Riddim in 2002, and top charting hit single from the Step Up film soundtrack, Sean Paul & Keyshia Cole joined with 21st Hapilos Digital for a new venture.

Don Corleon Records and 21st Hapilos Digital bring you a new dancehall riddim called "Crowd Response riddim". The riddim features some of the biggest name in dancehall such as Popcaan, Vybz kartel, I-octane and more.

21st Hapilos Digital also announced that they have signed an exclusive contract with Russian and Head Concussion records . Head Concussion Music label, founded by Tarik "Russian" Johnston is considered one of the leading producer of dancehall and reggae , from Remedy Riddim to Vybz Kartel & Russian "Jeans & Fitted" to I-Octane & Chan Dizzy's "Till Kingdom", their formula has kept them in the charts both locally and internationally. The pairing with 21st Hapilos Digital will ensure them a wider audience and broader reach to bring dancehall mainstream.

To add to these impressive lineup, 21st Hapilos Digital is also releasing radio disc jockey/producer "ZJ Chrome" newest riddim #TNS (Team No Sleep). Yen Productions Making Moves Both In Jamaica & Internationally

The Young Producer: Yen, out of the fairly fresh production camp Yen Productions has kicked off the first quarter of the year with some quality hits, making moves both in Jamaica and Internationally. The producer, originally from Jamaica, currently hailing out of Toronto, Canada/ Miami, U.S has spent the last 8 weeks in Kingston, Jamaica recording some of the top Jamaican artistes both Billboard wise and street wise. Yen Productions guarantees us within the next nine months to a year that the label has many great projects in store to satisfy both the Reggae and Dancehall communities.

Yen Productions introduced to Jamaica back in January the Torontonian R&B songstress, Oriana. Her first single was "Satisfaction" featuring one of Jamaica's most versatile and respected DJ's, Chan Dizzy. The single has done very well thus far with not only Jamaica radio airplay but a good amount of regular spins internationally especially in Europe. Currently in the final editing stages, Satisfaction’s official music video is to be released in the next few weeks.

The Yen Productions signed artiste has grown with the success that was received from "Satisfaction" finding the same success for her newly released single "The One". Oriana and Yen Productions will also be on European tour starting Easter weekend (April 5th). The team is truly excited and Oriana ensures her fans that she will be putting on a great performance for all.

Last Saturday (March 3rd) the label dropped the "Black Jack" riddim on ZIP FM by the hypest radio DJ, ZJ ICE. The new riddim features one of the best singles to drop out of Jamaica this year. The guaranteed hit is titled "Vybz Whole Night" featuring the hottest young artists right now, Jounia Sky, Keida, and Uncle Mucks (Formerly Kid Kurrupt) the combination alone creating a hype on the streets. Currently the other song on the riddim that is getting some street credit is the song titled "Bend Yuh Knee" by Big Wayne. Also in the voicing process for this riddim is Munga who has made a good comeback just recently.

With all that being said, Yen Productions other artist Jounia Skyy is coming out with his first music video since he joined up to the camp, which is set to release as well within the next few weeks, for the hot single "Na Stop". Expect great visuals for this music video as both the concept and footage are highly entertaining.

As mentioned before, Yen Productions has much in store in various areas of the industry. Expect a major one drop riddim coming out very soon which is titled "True Nationz". The Riddim features some artists such as Busy Signal, Gyptian, Beenie Man, Oriana, Lutan Fyah and a big surprise. This will be Yen Productions biggest project to date, and the project already looks to have a great future as the riddim has already gained major distribution deals for both the U.S and Europe.
