YuhSeeYou Productions Drops The "Spring-Release" Wakefield Riddim

"Wakefield Riddim by Dre'jhean" is a unique composition built by the young Jamaican composer/producer/Artiste; Andre "Dre'Jhean" Foster. The upcoming protoje and YuhSeeYou Productions out of Canada teamed up mid-October of 2011 and decided to put the "Wakefield" project forward. The Dancehall/Pop/Techno two-part compilation features both well-known and upcoming talents in the Jamaican Music Industry and abroad. The beat alone has already created hype with word of mouth alone from artists and other music professionals who have had a chance to listen.

The team thus far for the project consists of various different music industry professionals including Canada's most popular radio DJ within the Genre; DJ Spex (Riddimtrack Master), aswell as Top Music Managers, P.R persons and media outlets from around the world touching countries like Europe, U.K, Canada, U.S, Africa, South America, India, and Jamaica. The main objective of this project is to bring Jamaican talent to the forefront, creating a worldwide awareness for "Jamaican" music. The irony of this project is quite perfect as it is 2012 and Jamaica will be celebrating their 50th year of independence, and 50 years that Jamaica has shared ties with Canada!

The team decided based on popular demand that they would launch The 1st Edition of the riddim aka The "Spring-Release" of the compilation, choosing 6 of singles to "Spring" start the promotion of the project. Using a similar style as DJ Khaled and other well-known pop producers, they have created not only the official Radio Version, but a Club Version which was edited by Richie Loops himself and European Version done by Matthieu Wence Ajinca out of France for the International hits on the riddim. The powerhouse duo also teamed up with a popular Jamaican producer (To be announced soon) to create a Soca version of the riddim for the more Caribbean hits to highten the riddims promotion worldwide.

Tune in to Hype TV’s “Up and Live” this Thursday at 7:30pm Jamaica Time ( 8:30pm EST) for a preview of the Wakefield Riddim. Hype TV will be live with Richie Loop and Voicemail longside Dre’Jhean himself.

The “Spring Release” party titled “LIQUORED UP” will be this weekend Saturday March 17th, 2012 at Mango Ranch, Kingston, Jamaica.
