Macka Diamond Talks About Her Feud With Lady Saw

HEAR THE EXPLOSIVE INTERVIEW

On Monday, November 19, Irish and Chin's Sound Chat Radio garnered another exclusive interview, this time with the very frank, fast talking Charmaine Munroe aka female deejay Macka Diamond, who revealed her side of the high profile feud between she and fellow veteran female deejay Marion Hall, aka Lady Saw.

It was a very noticeably upset Macka Diamond who bared it all to host Garfield 'Chin' Bourne, stating that her speaking out has been a long time coming as for many years she simply decided to just let peace reign, but now it's simply too much for the deejay.

Ironically, some of Macka's most famous lyrics are "don't disturb me." Macka Diamond provided the feud's amusing history and explained when her temper hit an all time high. Listeners must tune into hear what Lady Saw did to send Macka into a frenzy, peeving her to a point of going public!

According to Macka, this beef all started over her song titled "Forty and Fabulous," which she wrote in celebration of her 40th birthday as a way of saying that she may be older but still relevant in the music business. The song's lyrics mention several top Dancehall acts including Bounty Killer and Lady Saw, who are also of a similar age milestone.

It then appears that Lady Saw took offense and recorded a song titled 'Age is just a number," where she chastises Macka Diamond for calling her name! Macka went on to reveal that disagreements between herself and Lady Saw have been brewing for years as 'Saw' in the past has blatantly, repeatedly asked promoters to remove her [Macka] from any show that she [Lady Saw] is booked for and even tells of exiting performances only to find her car tires slashed, wow!!

During Macka's 20 minute heated interview, she also told of other negative experiences never before revealed. This interview is a must hear! LISTEN and decide for yourselves who Macka Diamond is 'pointing fingers' at???
