All Connect Records Gets Fashionable With The STR8 Jeans Riddim

Longwood, Clarendon based production house All Connect Records is getting ready to release its most ambitious project to date, the Str8 Jeans riddim. According to CEO Rhian Morris, the label's aim is to bring positive vibes to all genres of music not only locally but on an international level. The Str8 Jeans features Tall Up Tall by Shallack, Paper Chase by Benjahmin, and Str8 Jeans by Zamunda.

The tracks will be released digitally on August 13. In a release to the media, Morris described the Str8 Jeans as something positive for the music at this time. 'Str8 Jeans is very good for the dancehall and the fashion industry. We all know that fashion and dancehall go very well together', Morris noted.

Morris and his team at All Connect Records pay attention to detail as far as their projects are concerned. He is supported by team members Javyan Bailey (studio manager) and engineers Dern Robinson and Kemar Brown.

Their debut project the Poetry riddim gave the label the attention it needed to make its presence felt in the marketplace. 'The Poetry riddim did very well for us and we got very good responses from music lovers all over the world and it is still making an impact overseas', Morris said. Be on the lookout for more projects coming from All Connect Records.

RegulaZ Scores with Debut Single, “Mary Jane”

Trinidadian trio RegulaZ scores a hit with their debut single, “Mary Jane,” available today, August 6, 2013, from all major digital retailers worldwide, from FOX FUSE. The upbeat urban-pop fusion is the latest release from Trinidadian-based hit-house 1st Klase Records, for which FOX FUSE serves as its exclusive worldwide digital distributor.

The eclectic collective known as RegulaZ consists of singers/songwriters Jason “Duc J” Dick, Kerdell “Nessy” Phillips and Ishmael “Sween” Haynes, who all hail from the northern town of Morvant in the Saint George region of Trinidad and Tobago.

Their sound can be described as a unique blend of hip-hop and pop music. RegulaZ is currently working on their first album, under the direction and mentorship of hit producer Klase Gonzales of 1st Klase Records, for which “Mary Jane” is the first single.

The titillating track is a double-entendre and speaks of one’s interest and adulation of the herbal libation of marijuana or its street moniker, Mary Jane. The suggestive single was released previously to radio in Trinidad and has been enjoying steady airplay on all urban stations, locally. The group recently completed the official video for “Mary Jane,” and it is set for a coveted VEVO premiere in the upcoming weeks.

“We’ve been working hard in the studio on quality productions, so RegulaZ can be armed with the right ammunition to take their sound worldwide,” states producer, Klase Gonzales, CEO of 1st Klase Records. Gonzales has worked for years touring the world with soca star Machel Montano as a dancer, and quickly evolved into one of the Caribbean’s most prominent and successful music producers today. He rocketed to the forefront of the music industry in record time and the American music industry came knocking, as Gonzales is now signed as a producer to Wonda Music, fronted by Grammy Award-winning hip-hop producer Jerry 'Wonder' Duplessis.

With 1st Klase Records captaining their ship, these brothers in music indeed hold the elixir for success and have accepted the challenge to transcend all barriers and be the catalyst to develop and fuel urban-pop music throughout the Caribbean and the rest of the world. “Mary Jane” by RegulaZ is now available worldwide from all major digital retailers, from FOX FUSE.
