“Drinks Up” For The Summer – Chinie K Music Release New Riddim


Chinie K Music, who produced the tracks, teamed up with label Dub Avenue to release a new riddim for the summer, “Drinks Up”.

The riddim is composed with a new age dancehall sound and popular summer riddim elements, creating the perfect summer blend.

A pre-released version was leaked a few months ago, which created a great buzz for the riddim's expected release.

The riddim features established Jamaica talents such as Lutan Fyah, Sizzla, Iyara, Mr. G , Hawkeye, a collaboration from Anthony Q and Chinie K himself and more.

With the artist line up and great sound, “Drinks Up”, has been receiving great feedback amongst music enthusiasts and Radio disk jocks across the world.

Mavado Hits Studio with Hip Hop Icon LL Cool J


The name Mavado is no stranger to the music industry, whether you love hip hop, R&B, reggae or techno. Currently signed to hip hop mogul DJ Khaled, We the Best Music, dancehall superstar Mavado continues to break barriers and raise the bar for dancehall and music. Last week while in New York, Mavado recorded a song with hip hop icon LL Cool J.

The song, which we are unable to give you full details on, is said to be a single that will shake the music world. "

The song is one everyone will enjoy. LL Cool J loved by the ladies and respected by the tugs dem, you done know its a good look. It was an honor and a joy to have the opportunity and to know an icon like LL Cool J respect dancehall and the Gully Gad" says Mavado.  

Currently in Miami, Mavado has just wrapped up his performance at the spacious indoor, outdoor venue, Mad House performing for near capacity crowd. Mavado now has his eyes set on his upcoming performance at this years third annual Philadelphia Reggae in the Park Festival. On August 3rd Mavado is set to perform with his band on this years Reggae in the Park Festival at the Mann Center. 

Its been a little over one year since Philadelphia have seen the dancehall superstar and will be in for a treat. Mavado is known for his hits plethora of hist like 'Im So Special', 'Dreaming', Delilah and 'Give it All to Me feat. Nikki Minaj' just to name a few, will definitely have the Mann Center rocking. 

On August 3rd Mavado will share the stage with reggae icons Steel Pulse and Inner Cirlcle as well as the Royal Family of Reggae Morgan Heritage, Jewish Reggae singer Matisyahu and fellow dancehall artist Konshens.

Morgan Heritage Release New Single 'Put It On Me


As the temperature begin to sizzle, the royal family of reggae, Morgan Heritage, release their sultry yet soothing single 'Put it On Me'. Produced by Shane C. Brown of Jukeboxx Productions in collaboration with CTBC Music, the rhythm puts the listener in a playful, happy, loving mood, which is exemplified through the lyrics by Morgan Heritage.

From the opening verse you hear Petah Morgan soulfully describing how much he misses and yearn for his special lady. Petah verbally draws a picture for us of the playful and joyous moments we all share when we find that special someone.

Morgan Heritage known for their 'Rockers' vibe, takes us into another dimension we may call descriptive sultriness, which many people will be able to relate to throughout the song. "OOOO Feel it in the morning, yeah you got me feel it in the evening, its just the way you put the goodie on me OOO makes me want it all the time"  

The song continues as the raspy, melodic, unique voice of Gramps Morgan comes in and seals the track. The single 'Put it on me' is currently receiving international airplay on major stations including BBC, warming the hearts and feet of music lovers all across the world. The chorus is one that will automatically have you swaying and singing a long whether your love one is near or far. "The way you love me in the morning, you keep me coming every evening, it makes me weak I cant believe it, like I've never known love before. 

The way you put it on me lady, it makes me want to make a baby with you, woman your loving drives me crazy like I've never known love before". Morgan Heritage who is currently on their one month I am Reggae Tour has just wrapped up performances in Paramaribo Suriname and French Guyana and set eyes on the third annual Philadelphia Reggae In The Park Festival. On August 3rd they are one of the headliners of the third annual Reggae In the Park festival at Philadelphia's Mann Center. 

Sharing the stage with some of Reggae music greats Steel Pulse and Inner Circle this show is said to be an epic event not to mention Jewish reggae singer Matisyahu, dancehall superstar Mavado and Konshens are also on the lineup. This years Reggae in the Park line up, have the Philadelphia area blazing with anticipation and expectation of a remarkable show. Morgan Heritage known for their signature 100% authentic reggae performance is prepared to illuminate the outdoor amphitheater on Sunday August 3rd.

Hitmaker Makes An Impact With “Every Night”


Released last Tuesday, July 1st, “Every Night” by Jamaican artist Hitmaker has the streets talking. In the song, Hitmaker talks about intimate moments he would like to share in the bedroom with a girl... In a very explicit manner. The beat itself combines R&B and Dancehall sounds, creating an engaging flow and help fuze the perfect hit single.

The uprising talent gears his hit songs to the ladies, being a big part of his fan base, Hitmaker ensures that the girls are consistently satisfied. His last single, “Dah Look Deh” off the popular “Seduction Riddim”, which is just as explicit, received great feedback from radios across Jamaica, The Caribbean, U.K, and North America.  

Hitmaker prides in his success, with his own productions Paypa Chasa Riddim, where the Artist has a collaboration with Dancehall superstar, Konshens, and Seduction Riddim the Artist-Producer has received recognition across the masses. This week his new riddim “Skin To Skin” will be released, where he has another single titled “Body Calling” which is already receiving radio play rotation from the ZipFM ZJ's as well as a few premieres in Canada and U.S.A. 

Hitmaker has a few more singles in which he is working on, with a few features on other riddim compilations releasing.
