Queen Ifrica for One Love Reggae Concert

As the One Love Reggae Concert Winter Series continues to gain momentum, music lovers who attend the weekly event at the Negril Escape Resort, are truly getting good value for their entertainment dollar.

Last Tuesday patrons who attended were treated to what could arguably be the best show of the series thus far, as reggae star extraordinaire Richie Spice rocked the house with an hour long performance that left everyone in the venue totally mesmerized.

The month of December will see a host of topflight cultural acts performing at the weekly series, over the next four Tuesdays. Popular female singjay Queen Ifrica will be the headline act for this Tuesday’s concert. It will be her second appearance on the series and patrons who witnessed her performance last season will definitely be expecting another exciting performance from her.

Queen Ifrica who is known for hit songs such as Below The Waist, Daddy, Keep It To Yourself and Iguana is also a very good stage performer, therefore it is widely expected that she will live up to the expectation of her fans.

Reggae Grammy nominee Andrew Tosh will be the featured act the following Tuesday, while Tarrus Riley will perform on the 21st and Marcia Griffiths on the 28th of December.

Busy Season For Stevie Face

Singer Stevie Face recently scored with the single Thank You for Loving Me. The song which topped the New York and South Florida reggae charts spent multiple weeks at the top of music video charts locally, a few months ago.

The singer is looking ahead to a busy Christmas, with confirmed performances overseas. As a result, he will be missing some major shows locally.

He is set to depart the island for performances in the UK, France, and Toronto, Canada.

After his overseas jaunt, Stevie Face will return to local shores for performances including a New Year's Day concert in St Thomas, and the annual Rebel Salute stage show.

One of his most recent local performances was at the Sunset Jamaica Grande hotel in Ocho Rios, where he shared stage with the likes of George Nooks and Tarrus Riley.
