Richie Loop is Back With More Hitz For You!!‏

This young reggae singer, one of the newest rising artist, Richard 'Richie Loop' Webb, has begun to make his audience sit up and take notice as he makes strides towards solidifying his name in music history. With a budding catalog, the singer, songwriter and producer currently has many singles in rotation in the Caribbean and overseas.

In 2009, Richie Loop and D-Lynx produced ‘Brainstorm’ riddim which was quickly followed-up with ‘Maad A Road’ and ‘Sweat Shop’ riddims. Richie Loop produced songs on two of the riddims he brought to life namely – ‘Wants It Good’ on the ‘Brainstorm’ riddim and ‘Gyal Whine’ on the ‘Sweat Shop’ riddim.

In February 2010, Richie Loop stepped behind the mic and voiced the popular party anthem, ‘My Cupp.’ The single has been an instant bang which has grabbed the attention of radio, disc jocks and various media outlets. ‘My Cupp’ single and video has found its way atop several reggae and dancehall charts locally and internationally. Adding to his growing catalogue Richie Loop, released his collaboration with dancehall star Busy Signal and stablemate D-Major titled ‘Party Like Its Your Birthday’, which is hoped will have a similar impact as 'My Cupp'.

This multi-talented phenomenon shows no sign of slowing down as he hopes to work with many other Jamaican artists as well as international acts. This very hot cross over dance hall single was recorded on the hottest dance hall riddim of year late Dec. 2011 on the "Overproof Rhythm".

Gyalis Certificate was a late entry on the "Overproof Rhythm" that was released in summer of 2011.Most of the top recording reggae artists had a single on this Rhythm which includes the likes of Gyptian, Movado, Beenie man,Bounty Killa, amongst others as well as international act, Daniel Bedingfield.

Bedingfield, who brought an international flavor to the Overproof Riddim with his single “Sometimes You Just Know” is a British singer-songwriter. Don't be surprised if this single "Gyalis Certificate" by Richie Loop reach on the playlist of most of the major station in the world.

Cen’C Love Begins 2012 with a Highlight Reel!‏

Cen’C Love’s December was one for the highlight reel as it was filled with performances, fashion and festivities; all of which served to deepen her connection with fans.

Early in the month, Cen’C performed in Washington D.C. and Maryland where she performed for ‘A Night of Music, Fashion and Pep.’ The show was hosted by one of DC’s most recognized personalities, Peppy Parke, and also featured fashion from Cen’C’s Mom, Sequoia, whose fashion line, Ites International, is embraced by fashionistas worldwide.

Prior to Cen’C’s evening performance, the star performed and was interviewed on one of DC’s favourite television stations, Fox DC. Fusing Jazz with Reggae through her beautifully unique voice, Cen’C and Asadenaki performed the acoustic version of “Hey You” for WTTC TV viewers which included overtones of the classic Bob Marley “Waiting in Vain.”

Capping off the weekend, Cen’C and brother Asadenaki performed an acoustic set as part of a sold out show featuring Morgan Heritage and Richie Spice; their performance was very well received, and even included a request from fans to hear “CASANOVA,” the lead single from Cen’C’s album Love Letter.

Cen’C closed out December with a performance in Miami to celebrate fellow artist Born Free’s ‘Embrace the Positive’ concert which was held at Delray Beach.

Cen’C’s festive spirit welcomed the energy of 2012 along with friends and fans at the Project Africa show at Wicky Wacky in Bull Bay, Jamaica. Headlines by the re-energized Sizzla Kalonji, the beachside venue was a perfect setting for Cen'C's dynamic performance.

Singer, Songwriter, Musician, Fashion Designer, Visual Artist, Cen’C Love is a 21stcentury renaissance woman. Born in America to Caribbean parents, a Jamaican dad and Grenadian mom, Cen’C Love was raised between Kingston, New York and Atlanta. Her early school years in Jamaica grounded her in her father’s culture and exposed her to the roots of Rastafari and Reggae music.

Cen’C Love has the sultry voice and soulful sounds of a Billie Holiday, the musicianship of Laure Hill and the word wit of Jill Scott. None of this should be surprising since Cen’C is the prodigy of the illustrious “Wailers” family of Reggae and the daughter of founding member of the acclaimed group, Neville Livingston, AKA Bunny Wailer.

The Wailers’ legacy becomes clearly apparent in Cen’C’s socially conscious songs such as CYSTEM, which describes the Babylon matrix control system and THESE LIES, about low self esteem and the resulting obsessions with materialism and artificial identities.

Cen’C has performed in Jamaica, Atlanta, St Croix, Los Angeles New York and Amsterdam. In Atlanta at the 2008 Natural Hair Show, at the Centennial Park Wednesday Wind-down in July 2008 and again in August 2010, she performed for very appreciative audiences. She appeared at the Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam 2008 and at the Reggae Awards in New York in the spring of 2009.

Since the launch of her album LOVE LETTER in February 2011, Cen’C, whose name means ‘the highest grade,’ has been based in Kingston, Jamaica, promoting her album. The first single, CASANOVA, peaked at #6 on the Reggae Singles Chart. She has had numerous radio and television appearances including ‘The Entertainment Buzz’ on IRIE FM, Smile Jamaica on TVJ, HYPE TV’s Video Countdown and A Fe We Choice Music Countdown. Her print media features include the Jamaican Gleaner, Star, Observer, and High Times magazine. She is a favorite of internet radio shows, magazines and blogs.

Cen’C has been actively polishing her talents on local stages with performances at Spring Break, Negril Escape’s One Love Concert Series, Sumfest, and Capleton’s A St. Mary Mi Come From. With her new band, Love Express, Cen’C has been playing her part in the recent resurgence of live Reggae shows around Jamaica at Jonkonoo Lounge’s Plug and Play, Redbones Cabaret Series, Breadbasket Poetry Festival at Taino Cove, Treasure Beach, Jamnesia and Wicky Wacky in Bull Bay and Isis’ Conscious Reggae Party Series. She shuns tracks, preferring to perform acoustic sets with her brother Asadenakion on drums if her band is not accommodated.

Cen’C moved to Atlanta as a teenager where she attended Dekalb School of the Arts, a performing arts high school for high achievers. There along with talents such as R&B crooner Lloyd and professional dancer Saidah Nairobi, she studied music, dance, and drama. She was trained in classical voice by Jamaican born opera singer, Mrs. Dawn-Marie James neeVirtue.
