Richie Spice Set to Drop Acoustic Album‏

Reggae superstar Ritchel Bonner aka Richie Spice is looking forward to the completion of his latest full length project. The singer who is known worldwide for his soothing melodious brand of reggae says he is very excited about the project and he expects it to be ready for release before the end of the year.

“I am very excited about this new album that I am working on, it’s an acoustic album. I want to give the fans something different with this album. They have been requesting this a long time now, everywhere I go fans are always asking me to do an acoustic album,” said Richie Spice.

The first single off the album, Free, was released a month ago and is currently enjoying strong rotation. Its accompanying music video is also doing well it is currently sitting in the number one position on CVM TV’s HITLIST Roots Reggae Video Chart and in the number eight position on the Video Alley Top Ten Countdown.

Richie recently released another single titled Small Corner; this song was produced by his nephew Fontano Thompson on the Daily bread rhythm and released on the Bonner Corner Stone Music label. The Daily Bread rhythm also features songs from other artists including Spanner Banner, Admiral Tibbet, Snatcha, Iyah Shines and Adventurous.

Protoje releases new video “Who dem a Program”

The well anticipated video for Protoje’s latest hit single “Who dem a Program” which has been making a powerful statement over the airwaves, is finally here. “Who dem a Program”, produced by Don Corleon, is the first single off his sophomore album “The 8 Year Affair”, which is set to be a change in gear from the usual songs released by the artiste since he emerged on the scene in 2009. ZJ Sparks wanted in Canada

ZJ Sparks aka “D’ Wild Child” from ZIP103 FM is set to take over and unleash her wrath on the Pearl Banquet Hall on June 16th in Toronto Canada for the “11th Annual Appleton All White Affair".

Sparks will be the first Jamaican female to represent this special life-style event that is geared towards those who shape the flavour of the reggae party scene in Canada.

Known for her high energy and infectious selections, Sparks promised to have patrons drenched in sweat and craving for more. She will also be accompanied by Jamaica’s “party animal” DJ Kurt Riley and other top selectors from Toronto and New York.
