Born in Deeside Trelawny to parents with heavy musical background, Darrio moved to Kingston at the age of 7, and settled in Harbour view. With music in his veins, Darrio was always in the mix at concerts, socials fetes and parties throughout his school days. But it was his participation in community events and national competitions that led him to choose music as a profession.
Now, being signed to Konshens label-Subkonshus Music and after several singles including the popular 'Russian' produced track "DO DI TING" on the Go-Go club riddim, and "Wah Dat" produced by Subkonshus Music Darrio is receiving heavy radio rotation and the much desired buzz and popularity in the streets with appearances on many popular stage shows and now on his second European Tour.

Already, Darrio has received great revues on his performance at Reggae Jam Festival in Berensbruk, Germany, followed by a sensational performance in Portugal. While on tour in Europe Darrio took the time out of his busy schedule to let his fans know. Look out for Darrio's Caribbean tour this fall..
