Cen’C Love’s December was one for the highlight reel as it was filled with performances, fashion and festivities; all of which served to deepen her connection with fans.
Early in the month, Cen’C performed in Washington D.C. and Maryland where she performed for ‘A Night of Music, Fashion and Pep.’ The show was hosted by one of DC’s most recognized personalities, Peppy Parke, and also featured fashion from Cen’C’s Mom, Sequoia, whose fashion line, Ites International, is embraced by fashionistas worldwide.
Prior to Cen’C’s evening performance, the star performed and was interviewed on one of DC’s favourite television stations, Fox DC. Fusing Jazz with Reggae through her beautifully unique voice, Cen’C and Asadenaki performed the acoustic version of “Hey You” for WTTC TV viewers which included overtones of the classic Bob Marley “Waiting in Vain.”
Capping off the weekend, Cen’C and brother Asadenaki performed an acoustic set as part of a sold out show featuring Morgan Heritage and Richie Spice; their performance was very well received, and even included a request from fans to hear “CASANOVA,” the lead single from Cen’C’s album Love Letter.
Cen’C closed out December with a performance in Miami to celebrate fellow artist Born Free’s ‘Embrace the Positive’ concert which was held at Delray Beach.Cen’C’s festive spirit welcomed the energy of 2012 along with friends and fans at the Project Africa show at Wicky Wacky in Bull Bay, Jamaica. Headlines by the re-energized Sizzla Kalonji, the beachside venue was a perfect setting for Cen’C's dynamic performance.
