Launch also saw participation from the McDonald Family with Kamilla being the MC and Father Chakula speaking and performing alongside the likes of other young Reggae revivalists, Chronixx, Dre Island, Kabaka Pyramid and Jah 9.
With the successful launch of his EP, Keznamdi is now focused on promoting his music further and has a number promotional activities planned for the rest of the year in Jamaica, the Caribbean and North America.
“We are focused on promoting the Bridging the Gap EP so we will be doing promotional tours on the West coast of America specifically in cities such as San Diego and San Francisco. We are also looking at getting our music and videos more established in the Caribbean and South America.
For Jamaica we will be doing some special live performances around the island to further cement the music on the reggae landscape”, Keznmadi said.
Keznamdi will do a series of small shows in Kingston to further expose his talent to the masses. Currently there are plans to have shows at the Village Blues Café and Redbone Blues Bar.
The artiste revealed that the next stage of the promotion will focus on the release of the video for his single I Don’t Wanna, which was shot recently by Asha of Fareye Films and is currently being edited.
