With his recently released song “Hot Girls in The Ring” playing on all the major radio stations in Jamaica including Irie FM, Zip FM, and Fame FM, and with increasing radio play in the UK, Italy and Canada, On Time Music Group recording artist Razor B gets ‘Blazed’ for the video of his song. Jae Blaze of the hugely popular television show, So You Think You Can Dance Canada, has agreed to put her special touch on this project by choreographing the dance routine of the video’s lead dancer.
Calling on all dancers, Razor B has set an audition date of October 3rd for dancers and dance crews to put their spin to “Hot Girls in The Ring”. The audition will be judged by Jae Blaze who will be on break from her tour with six-time Grammy winners and multi-platinum selling group, Black Eyed Peas.
Jae’s choreography has come to the forefront recently as she is recognized as one of the hottest choreographers to come out of Canada. She has worked with several platinum selling artists from all genres including Nelly Furtado, Sean Paul, Kelis and Naughty by Nature to name a few. Known to set the stage on fire, Jae consistently raises the bar and changes the way audiences perceive sound and movement whenever her choreograph hits the stage.
“When I heard Razor B’s single, I knew it was a song I had to get involved with through choreography,” said Jae from her dance studio. “This is one of those songs that’s just made for dancers; one that will allow me to display the visual aspect of Razor B’s music,” she added.
About the choreography of the video, Razor B adds “I’m really excited to know that a person of Jae’s caliber likes the song, and wants to choreograph the dance routine. I know the video is going to be enjoyed by the fans, just like the song!”
The video will be shot and directed by Wayne Lowers of Burnt Facez. In addition to radio, sound system selectors and mixtape DJ’s have included the song in their set lists and the clubs have been heating up with “Hot Girls In The Ring”.
