JadaKiss Teams Up With Rising Superstar I-Octane‏

New York, NY - (June 17, 2011) - It is one of those rare magical moments when the rap world and the reggae world collide and creates a musical explosion that makes history. This time, it is rap sensation Jadakiss and Jamaican rising reggae superstar I-Octane that team up to present one incredible evening dubbed "I-Octane - JadaKiss and Friends".

Both artistes are known for their lyrical talent, unique vocals and hardcore performance and each has created their own style that transcends sub-genres and geography. "It is a pleasure for me to work with someone like Jadakiss who has really made a name for himself in the rap game,"I-Octane says.

"Even though its two different genres, at the heart of it, our music is the same. We're dealing with the same types of joys, the same types of pain and battles and the fans can relate and appreciate each of our music."

I-Octane is set to release his debut album "Crying to the Nation" in the fall while Jadakiss will drop his third solo album "Kiss my Ass" during the summer. In the meantime, fans can get a taste of both on Friday, July 15, when I-Octane JadaKiss and friends take over Amazura Nightclub in Queens, New York. I-Octane and Jadakiss will be joined by Konshens, Munga Honorable, Richie Loops, Baby Chris and a special guest, which they wish not to announce as yet, all backed by Ruff Kut band. The night also includes a slew of New Yorks finest Deejays including the unstoppable DJ Envy, Massive B, Dev Kutta, Kevin Crown, DJ Roy and Stretch of Road International, Banky Hype and Tek9.

This is a night that true music lovers can't afford to miss and there is no doubt that the partnership between Jadakiss and I-Octane will remind fans that music transcends all barriers and unite all ethnicity.
