Junior X Upbeat About His Career‏

Reggae artist Junior X is very upbeat about the direction his career has taken in recent times. For the past two years he has been hard at work, creating a niche for himself on the local music scene. He has also spent a lot of time touring both the US east and west coast.

“I am very happy with the path my career has taken over the last couple of years. People have always recognized my potential, but potential alone will not make you a success.

Success comes from hard work, team work and having the right team. Now that I have the support of a good label my career has grown tremendously and I am working hard to achieve even greater success,” said the artist.

Having released his debut album Plead My Cause a few months ago Junior X has been even busier than before as he continues to promote the album. He and his record label, Revolutionary Entertainment have a lot of confidence in the album and are convinced that it has the potential to do well both locally and internationally.

“We at Revolutionary believe that Junior is truly a great artist in the making, his album is loaded with great songs, it’s a very strong album. Its just a matter of time before Junior X gets the recognition he really deserves and we are gonna keep promoting him and his music in order to achieve this goal,” said Revolutionary Entertainment CEO Dennis Livingston.

A music video was recently shot in support of the latest single off the album called Not Afraid to Live. The video was shot across several locations in Kingston including Riverton, Callaloo Bed and Mixing Lab studios. It was released two weeks ago and has been receiving good rotation on local television stations such as HYPE TV, RETV and CVM Plus.

Junior X is book to appear on the big Jagra GT Taylor Christmas Extravaganza stage show that will be held at Independence Park in Black River, St. Elizabeth.
