Kashu Recovering from Injuries Sustained in Car Accident

Dancehall artist Kashu is currently recovering from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle accident over a week ago while on tour in the US.

The deejay said he was travelling from an event, which was held at Club Poppin in Los Angeles, on Sunday the 6th of November when the vehicle he was travelling in collided with another vehicle.

“I have to give thanks that I am alive, I am not so well right now, I have suffered whiplash and some minor injuries, it could have been worst, thank God its not. Since the accident I have been doing a lot of therapy, the doctors say I will have to do it until the end of December. Right now I just want to recover fully and move on with my career, because of the accident I have missed quite a few shows and other promotional engagements,” said the artist.

Prior to the accident Kashu Man had been busy on the road undertaking a two month promotional tour which saw him performing in places such as Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York, since the accident he has had to cancel several important engagements.

If everything goes as planned Kashu should return to the stage early next year, as he is scheduled to perform alongside Anthony B and Junior Menzies on an event called Rasta love, at club Cohiba in Long Beach in California on the 8th of January 2012.
