Chino Readies For Tours, Releases New Singles‏


Singer, Chino McGregor has been racking up a string of new singles prior to his upcoming tours and an album slated for release in Japan this summer.

The new singles include the Chimney Records produced, So Do I alongside Stephen 'Di Genius' McGregor, Lowe Weproduced by Serani of the DASECA family and People Dem Man on the Tenement Yard Riddim produced by Di Genius.

In addition, the videos for Come Over, produced by Romeich Records and Hustler will be released this weekend.


Chino who is known for his stellar songwriting and vocal prowess as evinced in From Mawning, Ruff It Up, Protected,Yeah Yeah, Driving Me Insane feat, Denyque, and more says, "I have been working on a lot of new material, some of which have already been released, while the others will be released when I am on tour in the upcoming months. Also, some of the new singles will be on the new Japan album, but for the most part there will be exclusives on it."

The still untitled album will be Chino's third Japan album and will feature a remix of Seal Di Link alongside Japanese singer, Akane. The original version of the monster hit, Seal Di Link was featured on Chino's debut US album, Chino, and sold in excess of 150, 000 during it's first week; while his sophomore Japan album, Never Change, held the second spot on the Japan iTunes Reggae chart for a number of weeks.

On the local scene, fans can catch Chino alongside international artistes, Fantasia and Jagged Edge at the upcoming concert, "Wishes", which will be staged at the Constant Spring Golf Club in a few days.
