Nature Creating A Buzz With "No Guns Around"

Downsound recording artiste Nature is creating quite a buzz on the local music scene with his recently released Dancehall track titled No Guns Around.

The single that was produced by Downsound Records is the Reggae singer’s first officially released Dancehall track. “I’m happy with the response the song is getting, its my first Dancehall release and the people love it.

Most of all I am happy that the message is getting out there, because I’ve seen what gun violence does. I want the youths to choose education over guns,” said Nature.

Nature recently performed for the National Parenting Counsel at event called the National Parenting Village that was held at the National Arena.

“It was a joy performing at the event alongside other artistes such as Exile Di Brave and Indecka. There were a lot of kids there with their parents, everybody had a great time. I really like performing for the children.” According to Denise Isis Miller the artiste coordinator of the National Parenting Village event, Nature’s performance was awesome. “I’m so proud of Nature he delivered a wonderful performance at the National Parenting Village concert.

His music is very positive and everyone at the show enjoyed his performance tremendously. All the artistes on the bill did well, it was a wonderful event,” said Miller. Nature is booked to perform on several shows over the next few weeks. On the 29th of November he will be the headline act on, the Conscious Reggae Party live show series which will be held at the, Healthy Appetite Restaurant, on Hagley Park Road.

The following night Nature will perform alongside No-Maddz at Countryside Club on Halfway Tree Road. On the 7th of December he is slated to headline the monthly Live at Nanook concert at Nanook on Burlington avenue.

Come Boxing Day night he will head over to Portmore to perform for his fans at Sting 30. “I will be doing a lot of shows locally over the next few weeks, I’m really looking forward to these events, because sometimes I don’t get to do much local shows. Over the last couple of months I have been been performing mainly in the US,” said the artist.
