Reggae Artist Snatcha Changes His Style‏

Fast rising reggae artiste Ritchel Bonner aka Snatcha is making huge strides in the music business as he continues to reach for greatness. Snatcha who is the youngest member the famed Bonner Brothers which also includes his reggae star brothers Richie Spice, Spanner Banner and Pliers of Chaka Demus and Pliers fame, is working very hard to emulate and even surpass the success of his older brothers. To date he has compiled an impressive catalogue of radio hits including Living Aint Easy and Creation, but he is hungry for greater success.

“I am working very hard to establish myself in the music business, from day one my mission has always been to make a name for myself and be a good example to the youths. Right now I am on the path to achieve these goals, because my career is going in the right direction, everywhere I go in the world when I tour with Richie Spice the people know my name and my music. Right now all I need to do is to continue to work hard to achieve my goals.

In a bid to achieve greater commercial success the talented artist who began his career as a deejay has changed his focus, as most of his new material features him utilizing a singjay style. Snatcha said the move is a deliberate one and one that he hopes will win him more fans both at home and abroad.

“I started out in the business in as a deejay but I have decided to change my style in order to appeal to a wider audience. As an artist you have to be versatile and since Jah bless with the talent to deejay and sing I am using both of them to get my message across to the people.

Snatcha is currently promoting his latest single titled Ego which was produced by veteran producer Philip ‘Fattis’ Burrell for his Exterminator label. The song was released a few weeks ago and has been getting very strong support from several popular radio DJs locally including IRIE FM’s Elise Kelly.

“My fans love the vibes I bring across on Ego, this song is getting a lot of buzz on radio and in the streets right now. From the look of things Ego is going to be a very big tune, I can feel it, everywhere I go people are telling me they love it.
