Check out the powerful and gripping self- directed new music video "How We Living" from singer/songwriter Cherine. Based on a real life story, this heartfelt video follows the life of a 16 yr old Jamaican girl through adulthood. However, the issues explored in "How We Living" speaks to any woman, no matter her economic conditions, color, race or religion.
My only intention was to reach young girls, especially those in high school but maybe it's about reaching that girl inside of every woman. This is really a video about CHOICES. It's a video about where we want to go in life not about where we start. It is about making a commitment to doing well, staying focused and overcoming obstacles. This I believe is the story of many strong women.
